Log-in

How can I log in?

To log in to your hotelkit you can either use your full name, as entered in people search, or your e-mail address.

Then you will be forwarded to Single Sign-on where you have to enter your password.

Why do I have to log in via People search?

To log in to your hotelkit you have to use People Search. This procedure is a Radisson standard setting. You can use your People Search account to log in to any software that is operated by Radisson.

How can I reset my password?

You can reset your password through the Single Sign-on page. There you can change your password.

If you are an external user you have to contact the main admin (or an admin depending on your settings). He can provide you with a new password.

How can I log in to EMMA?

To be able to log in to EMMA / Global Library / RHG you need the according access.

How do I gain access to EMMA?

To add users or grant access to EMMA / Global Library / RHG you have to navigate to group assignments and from there to group grabbing.

Does the RHG have access to the whole network?

No, only if you grant them access.

Users

How can I add users?

You can add users to different properties through the respective People Search administrator (individual per property).

How can I delete users?

You can remove users through the respective People Search administrator (individual per property).

How can I manage user/group rights?

You can manage user rights in the admin area. There you can also create external users. Internal users can only be created via People Search.

How can I edit users/groups on my mobile phone?

It is currently not possible to edit users on mobile. This can only be done with admin rights in the desktop version of hotelkit.

Why do I have to activate new staff in People Search?

New staff has to be activated in People Search. This procedure is a standard set by Radisson and not possible in your hotelkit.

If a user is inactive for more than three months, People Search will automatically deactivate this user.

Why is a user external when added in hotelkit?

If you create a user in hotelkit instead of people search, their rights will be limited. That’s why you should always add users through People Search.

General Settings

How can I change my notification settings?

You can change your notification settings in your hotelkit app if you navigate to Settings and Notifications.

How can I change the sound for notifications?

There are two options to turn sound alerts in your hotelkit app on/off:

  1. Setting – Notification – Sound or Vibration

2. Turn on/off the sound alerts in your phone setting.

Which hotelkit app version do I have?

You can check the version of your hotelkit app in the Settings of your hotelkit app.

How can I change the font size in my hotelkit app?

Currently it is not possible to change the font size in your hotelkit app. You can change it in our phone settings though.

How can I add a dispatcher to the repair tool?

How can I print a report?

To print a report of the repairs and guest requests, click on the button next to the statistic button, directly in your repair and guest request too.

How can I change the system language?

You can change the language settings in your hotelkit if you click on your name on the top right corner and then on account settings.

Can I set the system language to Chinese?

Yes, you can. We offer more than 30 system languages for hotelkit.

Can I access the repair and guest requests in Chinese?

Yes, it is possible to set the language to Chinese.

Which currency does hotelkit offer?

Currently we only offer Euros as the currency for payments.

Yes, you can set up SOPs by using the handbook tool where you include all your SOPs.
