Radisson | Meet EMMA

Emma Support Network

hotelkit is the central operations and communication platform of Radisson Hotels and now also offers an interface to EMMA. The EMMA Support Network serves as a Q&A platform to ask questions about EMMA, clarify ambiguities, discuss ideas and document knowledge. A convenient way to get to know EMMA better and to actively participate in the efficient use of the PMS.

How to use the Emma Support Network

Messages

This channel will be used to address questions posed to specific Key Users. Always keep messages public so other users can easily find this information as well.

Ideas

This channel can be used to share best practices and new ideas about the system. It works as a forum and is the perfect place for all of us to cross-share what we have learned in EMMA so far at our properties. Every idea should be addressed to the specific KU’s group (PMS, POS, S&C), but always make it public to increase awareness on a subject. Please assign the right category in the dropdown list. Any user that may find an idea in this section interesting, please add comments and show support toward that idea or proposal. The more hotels are supporting a certain idea or development the easier will be for the EMMA PSB’s to evaluate it and add it to the development list with the correct priority assigned.

WIKI / Handbook

This channel is our new Library for EMMA. We will be moving all our EMMA Job aids and SOPs from Radisson Academy Online into the EMMA Hotelkit Network to make them easier to find and to display and download the extensive supporting materials that are available for EMMA. Hosting these documents in the EMMA Hotelkit will allow for better filtering and an online display of the information for all our EMMA users.

News

This channel will be the news section and will feature this EMMA newsletter plus other relevant updates on things like new releases, newly available training opportunities and bug fixes in EMMA. How to tag someone else… no major interaction besides reading updates.
