Specific training for Front Office Managers:
– Creation of shift handovers
– Creation of checklists for different shifts

Specific training for Chief Engineers:
– Focus on repair management in hotelkit
– Precautionary maintenance checklists
– Walkthroughs (fire walks, security walks, etc.)

Specific training for F&B Managers (incl. Restaurant Manager & Executive Chefs):
– Creation of HACCP checklists
– Further checklists for service and kitchen workflows

Mandatory for the respective Heads of Departments.
