Step 1 | Start of Onboarding

Kick-off & Orientation Call

The onboarding starts with a kick-off call. This gives you a brief overview of the implementation process as well as the system and its functionalities. During this call all your questions will be answered before we start. Key staff members who will be taking care of the hotelkit implementation (so-called hotelkit Champions) are essential in this call. We also recommend that the General Manager participates.

Onboarding Questionnaire

Please complete the questionnaire and order devices.

Step 3

hotelkit setup is done

No action from your side needed!

Step 4

Training planning

hotelkit will plan the trainings with General Manager and hotelkit Champions. They will coordinate the online training participation of the team

Step 5

Online Champions Training

General Manager & hotelkit Champions participate in the Champions Training.

Step 6

Online Basic Training

Housekeeping Executive & regular Employees participate in the Basic Training.

Step 7

Collaboration module live Announcement
and start using hotelkit

hotelkit will send an e-mail to annouce the live of hotelkit collaboration modul to General Manager and hotelkit champions. Since then, you should start to using hotelkit actively.

Step 8 | OPTIONAL STEP

Q&A Session

If the hotel has questions or need support after live of hotelkit, the hotelkit Customer Support could provide a Q&A Session.

Step 9

Housekeeping Onboarding

The onboarding of hotelkit Housekeeping is the second part of the implementation. The integration to the PMS must be set up first. The Housekeeping Executive will be contacted from our onboarding specialists for setting up the integration, after you filled in the questionnaire.

The Housekeeping Trainings will be scheduled with you individually.

Step 13

Housekeeping module Live Annoncement

hotelkit will send an e-mail to annouce the live of the hotelkit Housekeeping module to the General Manager and hotelkit champions. Since then you should start to use the hotelkit Housekeeping tool actively.

First hotelkit usage report & analysis

Use hotelkit for your daily routines!
