Step 1 | Start of Onboarding
Kick-off & Orientation Call
The onboarding starts with a kick-off call. This gives you a brief overview of the implementation process as well as the system and its functionalities. During this call all your questions will be answered before we start. Key staff members who will be taking care of the hotelkit implementation (so-called hotelkit Champions) are essential in this call. We also recommend that the General Manager participates.

Onboarding Questionnaire
Please complete the questionnaire and order devices.

No action from your side needed!
Step 4
People Search
Activate user accounts for hotelkit in People Search.
Step 5
Training Registration
General Manager and hotelkit Champions register for online Champion Trainings. They will coordinate the online training participation of the team.

PMS Activation

Step 7
Housekeeping Questionnaire
The onboarding of hotelkit Housekeeping is the second part of the implementation. The integration to the PMS must be set up first. The Housekeeping Executive will be contacted from our onboarding specialists for setting up the integration, after you filled in the questionnaire.

Online Champions Training
General Manager & hotelkit Champions participate in the Champions Training.
Step 9
Online Basic Training
Housekeeping Executive & Regular Employees participate in the Basic Training.
